Physical Products & Artwork

Physical products, including art prints, canvas prints, and original artwork, are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production, carrier delays, or external factors. All sales of original artwork are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Art prints may be eligible for exchange or replacement in the event of damage during transit, subject to documentation and notification within 48 hours of delivery. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Copyright & Ownership of Artwork

Purchase of physical artwork or prints grants ownership of the physical item only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AnnaMarie Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing. Artwork may not be reproduced, scanned, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

Services & Project Work

All service engagements are governed by individual proposals, contracts, or service agreements. In the event of a conflict between this website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall govern.

Project timelines, deliverables, pricing, and scope will be outlined in writing prior to project commencement.
